Fitness for every body
who are you?
Fitness should fit your life — not the other way around.

Absolutelly FALSE!!! Fitness does not have a beginning and an end. It should be a part of your everyday life, just like eating. Do you eat the same way every day? Do you have to mentally prepare yourself to eat lunch? Do you sometimes not feel like eating at all?
It’s not obvious, but you really do need a trainer to monitor and correct your form. Doing an exercise wrong can be counterproductive as well as fruitless. A trainer also…..

Testimonials
I started working with Clayton after I went to my doctor and was told I needed to lose weight, and be put on blood pressure and cholesterol meds. I wanted to give it the good old boy scout attempt to try and lower my blood pressure lose the non medicinal way, as well as cleaning up my diet a little. When I started working with Clayton, he literally came to my house, helped me set up a little area in my basement, and came over twice a week. After a couple months I had a follow-up appointment, and my blood pressure had already come down. I am also down approx 12lbs, and I’m awaiting my physical now to see where my cholesterol levels are, but I’m optimistic. I would definitely recommend Clayton to anyone that has any basic health or fitness concerns.

Clayton is the best trainer I ever had. Now that I’m developing arthritis, he’s adjusting my workouts but keeping me as strong as ever.
